I have over twenty-five years experience in all aspects of architecture including planning, design, construction documentation, construction administration and construction management. As co-founder and partner in our firm, my skills include good communication, a broad base technical background, sound knowledge of firm management and strong leadership ability. My particular expertise is in the design and construction of municipal projects including fire departments, police departments, ambulance and rescue squad facilities, borough halls and public libraries. My thorough understanding of these building types, knowledge of public bidding laws and procedures and a commitment to finding cost effective, innovative solutions has resulted in the completion of hundreds of successful projects on time and on budget. Having a construction background, I am able to communicate to contractors on a level which is collaborative and productive. I firmly believe that a successful project is a direct result of coordination and cooperation between the Owner, Contractor and the Architect.
